Return & Refund Policy
Not happy with something? Here’s how returns and refunds work at Premium Mega Cart.
1. 30-day returns
Return most physical items within 30 days of delivery if unused, complete and in original packaging. Premium Club Plus members have 60 days.
2. How to return
Email support@premiummegacart.com or call +1 801-492-1614 with your order number. We’ll email a prepaid return label for eligible items.
3. Refunds
We refund your original payment method within two business days of receiving your return; banks may take 5 to 7 business days to post it. Items bought with a promo code are refunded at the discounted price. Shipping is refunded when the return is due to our error or a defect.
4. Damaged or wrong items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we’ll replace or refund the item, including shipping.
5. Non-returnable items
Opened supplements and personal care products unless defective, used safety harnesses, gift cards, redeemed software or digital codes, and final-sale items.
6. Premium Club
Cancel within 14 days for a full refund if no benefit was used.
7. Exchanges
Return the item for a refund and place a new order.
8. Return address
Please use our prepaid label and contact us before shipping anything to Premium Mega Cart, 184 Alpine Hwy, American Fork, UT 84003, USA.
